Pho Van (2120 Penn Avenue), is a stylish Vietnames eatery located in the Downtown Strip District. This new restaurant specializes in traditional Vietnamese cooking that will bring you on a culinary journey through Saigon, Hue and Ha'noi.

A large kitchen allows Pho Van to feed and delight folks well beyond its comfortable dining space. Open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, the menu shines with traditional noodle soups, a wide variety of appetizers and family-style meals. Pho, pronounced ( Fuh ), influenced by Chinese and French cuisine and was believed to have originally derived from a French soup “pot au feu”, ( pot on fire) which is a French beef stew. Pho from Pho Van is prepared with fresh made -from-scratch beef stock. This is served hot with your choice of beef cuts and a side of bean sprouts, lime wedge and basil leaves.
